Anl\u00e4sslich des 75. Jahrestages des Endes der Berliner Luftbr\u00fccke \u00f6ffnete das Airfield der U. S. Army Garrison in Kooperation mit dem Land Hessen seine Tore f\u00fcr Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler. Erfreulicherweise fielen f\u00fcr die Stufe keine Kosten an, da die Schule eine Busfahrt dorthin gewonnen hatte. Ab 9.30 Uhr konnten wir das Gel\u00e4nde betreten und erlebten einen Vormittag mit vielen Aktionen, Informationen, Zeitzeugengespr\u00e4chen, Reden und Musik. Au\u00dferdem konnten wir Flugzeuge der damaligen Luftbr\u00fccke betreten und erhielten einen Eindruck von dem gro\u00dfen Gel\u00e4nde der U. S.
